It now seems it's possible I may have to do this work all over again, unless Auctiva has retroactively updated its first bunch of new templates (which is what I used). I just finished re-doing all my important listings within Auctiva to ensure they were up to date (compliant with no links and mobile-friendly), using nothing but their new templates (that is, the ones that were new a couple of weeks ago). We're happy to announce that we have our supersize image function available for 113 of our templates! The remaining templates will have this feature soon, but the below template names can be used with supersize imaging today! Supersizing Images Now Available on Select Templates! I was also able to immediately verify that the refund had been made to my PayPal account.I can't find a link to this announcement dated Sso I will paste it. UPDATE 6/22: After three calls and two service tickets, I received an email from Auctiva that they had given me a full refund and were sorry to see me go. If no response there, I'm hoping PayPal will be able to help me get the charge reversed, or Discover since my PayPal fees are currently going through Discover. I just left a voicemail with their parent company, MoreCommerce, at *******191. After two times, it automatically forces you to leave a voicemail. Their customer service line is never answered, saying all representatives are busy. So far, I've filed two online tickets and left three voicemails for customer support *******190), all of which have gone unanswered. Since I'm not using the service, I don't check messages there. Imagine my surprise when a $430.65 multi-year renewal fee appears on my PayPal account! I received no notification of renewal except for an apparent message on the Auctiva website.

However recently, I've only been using the service a few times a year so did not plan to renew. I've been an Auctiva customer since 2009.
